BIS Principal's Newsletter 8th June 2016

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we prepare for examination week, there are only a few items for attention this week.

It was excellent to see the first BIS swimming lesson today in our new pool. The Year 7 class that I observed clearly enjoyed what they were doing and made good progress in a relatively short space of time. It was equally clear that in the class, there were a wide range of ability/ experience levels so the information given on the forms sent out last week was vital in placing students into the correct groups. If you have not already filled in and returned the form, we ask that we receive it as soon as possible; without it your ward will not be able to participate in swimming lessons which are now a core part of our PE curriculum. Equally, any outstanding health forms need to be updated with our Health Unit.
